Bike Fulfillment

Once we receive a bike order, we contact the recipient via a custom fit letter; this fit letter allows the customer to provide us with their height and inseam so that our technicians will pick and build the proper frame size. Customer service also collects responses via fax, mail, or our webpage – the customer just visits and clicks “Claim Your Bike!”

Once the frame is chosen, our builders fully assemble and test ride each bike in our facility ensuring all parts are working properly, and that the bike is the proper fit. Our builders then minimally disassemble and re-box each bike for shipping. With each bike we include tools to tighten and reassemble a few pieces (seat, front wheel, handlebar, and pedals,) and a card that includes pictured instructions, a link for video instructions (visit and click “Assemble Your Bike!), and an 800# for any questions.
